We have been staying at Sea Gull every year for the last few years. We love it !!!!! Sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and watching the sunrise over the ocean is one of our favorite things. We'll be back.

Every staff members were very nice and the kids setting up canopies were outstanding. Give them a bonus for dealing with rude people. They handled the situation superbly!

We really enjoyed our stay there. We had a family reunion. I think In all the family had 6 units altogether. Thank you for all your staff kindness. We will definitely go back.

First, the entire staff is friendly and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The room was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. My wife thought it was special that the door to the room had a seal to indicate that it had been sanitized. I have stayed at the Sea Gull a number of times in the past and this time was the best of all.

We had a terrific stay in Unit 609. We felt very safe amidst Covid with the protocols in place throughout the condo complex, never saw anyone in public areas without a mask. The unit itself had comfy furniture and the kitchen was beyond well stocked. I had forgotten to bring a bundt cake pan for my husband's birthday, and they actually had one there. Balcony Adirondacks were also comfortable. Only drawback is the refrigerator needs to be fixed, most shelves missing on the fridge door & several cracked drawers.

The things that keep me from saying I was completely satisfied is that (1) the toilet in the master bathroom is lose and shook when seated on. It definitely needs attention!!! and (2) we had difficulty figuring out the remotes to use the television. None of the brands on the remotes matched the brands of appliances! We did finally get Don, maintenance person, to help us and he brought in his personal cable so that we cold connect OUR computer to the DVD player. Good thing we had our computer. The place is nice and well appointed otherwise.

There were still some very minor construction to be completed in the room but it had no impact on our stay. We knew coming back in June 2019 that everything would not be completed. LOVED being back again. Can't wait to be back in June 2020! Room 609 was not our usual room (I think we previously had 605 or 607), but is was almost a mirror of those.
