Rental Policies

**Two (2) Night Min. Stay Required / Three (3) Nights Min. Required on all Holidays**

Daily Rentals: A deposit of the first night’s stay plus tax is due in our office within seven (7) days of making your reservation or reservations will be cancelled without notice.

Monthly rentals:  Deposit:  $500 at time of reservation – $250 immediately non refundable without exception.  First months rent:  Due 90 days prior to stay

Daily rentals must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. 

Monthly Rentals:  Cancel 91 + days prior to stay – 50% refund of deposit  ***  Cancel 60 – 90 days prior to stay – no refund of $500 deposit – 50% refund of rental  ***  Cancel less than 60 days prior to stay – no refund of deposit or first months rental

No pets are allowed in the rental units.
No smoking is allowed in the rental units.

Deposits: Must be paid by credit card. Must be 25 or older to reserve/check-in.

No BBQ pits allowed on balconies.

Check in 4:00 pm        Check out 12:00 noon

Thank you for choosing Sea Gull Condominiums.  We would like to inform you that we are still experiencing construction related to the rebuild from damage caused by Hurricane Harvey at our property. At this time we do not have an exact completion date, however we do anticipate ongoing projects of varying degrees to continue throughout the Summer 2019 season.

As a result of this construction, you can expect to experience some noise from 7am to 7pm daily. Certain amenities may not be available during your stay. If you plan to spend your days enjoying the town, beach or activities in and around Port Aransas this should have little impact on your stay. Relocation of office and traffic pathway may also be experienced during your stay.

We would also like to remind you that a confirmed reservation is not a guarantee of a specific condo number, only the condo size.  Some projects will require reservations to be moved to different condo numbers.

If you were not aware of the construction, possible noise and other situations stated above, we are allowing a 48 hour grace period (after securing your reservation) to contact us and cancel your reservation with no penalties. After the 48 hour “grace period”, the normal cancellation policies and fees will apply.Unfortunately, due to the limited supply of inventory no refunds or discounts will be provided to reservations as a result of the conditions stated above. 

Our reservations team may be able to provide you with different solutions to ensure that this circumstance beyond our control will not adversely affect your vacation. Our staff will be on hand to offer any assistance throughout your stay or booking process.
