Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 1005 is a 10th floor 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation rental located on the beach in Port Aransas. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom, living room or private patios. You can catch views of the resort size pool or the Corpus Christi Bay from the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private patio and attached private remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has king size bed and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The large fully equipped open and remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops which is perfect for cooking up your special catch from any Port Aransas fishing adventures. The kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, and Electric Can Opener. This condo sleeps 8.

This room was by far one of our favorites and we've been staying @seagull for many years now. The kitchen is gorgeous and so spacious. The rooms were perfect for us and the views are the very best part! All of my family agrees that we will want this room again and again for our future stays.

This is our go to place in Port A. We love being right on the beach and sitting on the balcony in the mornings to watch the sunrise. The staff is always to responsive and accommodating.

Expensive over the 4th of July but well worth it! Balcony view fantastic. Kitchen well stocked. Beds great! Staff (Christa, Denise, and the coffee station lady) were so helpful and accommodating.

This condo was perfect for 5 women. The view was awesome. Very comfortable beds. We had a little trouble figuring out the cook top and had to call the front desk who walked us through it. 🤭🤭. It was a pleasant surprise that housekeeping came by on our second day to see if we needed anything extra, towels, dishwasher liquid, etc. we will definitely return.

This is our favorite Port A place to stay. We love being right on the beach and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. The pool is a big plus with it being heated and then enjoying a little time in the hot tub. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the way the office handled these convinced me how much they really care for their clients. I highly recommend staying here!

this unit has the most window coverage in the building and so that promotes a lot on sunlight. the seating is comfortable and plentiful and we have stayed here twice and think this is a great unit

Loved our unit last year and this year 1005 is beautiful. The views are stupendous. Well appointed furnishings And kitchen is stocked with even a blender and a grill for making pancakes. We love the way the floor plan is separated so everybody has their own space. We will try to book again next September. See you in September! The desk folks Are super helpful and friendly. Thank you from my family!

The condo is awesome! Great Views, large enough to fit our family. Had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, sit at the table, the kids loving having a TV in their room! This is our 2nd year coming back to this condo. I highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo for our girls trip. The views were great and the furnishings worked well for us. The kitchen was well stocked, but were missing things like salt and pepper and pam which most places typically have available in a kitchen. Those things could totally be because of COVID, so it definitely wouldn't make me lower my very satisfied rating. We sent the info to book this condo to other friends and are keeping it on our short list of places to stay!

Beautiful condo/view of gulf. Very nice staff. Canopies and lounge chairs on beach very much appreciated---did not have to set ours up. Only downside was a non-working ice maker and dripping shower in the master bath.

Unit was PERFECT!!!! This was our 4th stay at Seagull and we have never been disappointed! This unit was our absolute favorite & we hope to rent it again in the future! Also, Nathan the beach crew guy was so helpful, polite & hard working. My only complaint would be the 4ft canopy policy. I personally like a little more space between me & the other guests so conversations, music & relaxing aren't disrupted by neighbors.

Beautiful condo for all weather types

We had some unfortunate weather and maybe planned too long a trip for the first trip in well over a year but I can't think of a better place to have it. The kitchen is well-stocked and rooms are well appointed leaving no one with a couch fold-out or additional sleeping needs. Often the last 1 or 2 in a "sleeps 8" have lesser sleeping options this was not the case in 1005 with real beds for all. The long beach-facing porch in the center more than makes up for the missing bay facing porches on the end rooms though the elevator does announce itself all day long even when there isn't anyone arriving/leaving from the floor. The only issue we experienced at all was elevator issues when we arrived and when we left (though it was repaired shortly after arrival and the repair man arrived as we were leaving so it's obviously tended to quickly). I'd love to visit this unit again in the summer to enjoy sitting on the porch a little more than the weather afforded us this time.

Amazing Sunsets!!

Condo 1005 is perfect!! Beautiful Sunrise, Sunsets daily. Watched the boat/ship traffic on the horizon, beach action, boardwalk daily. Enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen with views in every direction, fully stocked with everything we needed. We were working and virtually schooling while there and internet/cable worked great in every room. Beds were very comfortable with plenty room for each of us to have space, traveling with 3 adults and 3 kids. Beach is so easy to access, elevator down and onto the boardwalk. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Cannot wait to be back at Seagull!♥️

We loved our stay in unit 1005! My family has stayed in many condos in Port Aransas over the years and the view from here was the best by far. The condo was very nicely furnished, the kitchen had everything our family of 6 adults needed - and more! Appreciated the extra half-bath and great chair/table combos on the balcony. Front desk was very nice and helpful, from check-in to check-out and in between. My only wishes were that the bedroom facing the beach had a shade to darken the room in the mornings, and that we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I have been visiting Sea Gull Condominiums for over 30 years, initially with our sons and now with sons and grandchildren and we plan to continue this tradition many more years. Lovely front desk personnel, caring and kind. We felt safe and confortable with the Covid-19 measures put in place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seagull. The unit was very nice and well equipped. The beds and sofas were comfortable. The view was very beautiful and the balcony chairs were very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay in this unit again. Of course, Jennelle (sp?) was so gracious and welcoming. Also, we really like all the upgrades to the complex. Thank you and have a nice day.

We enjoyed the big open kitchen, dining, living and balcony. The open space was a great gathering space to catch up. Watching the sun come up over the water was part of our experience. The unit was well appointed and we didn't need anything. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay in the same place again!

They're Baaaaack!

We have been going to the Seagull for over ten years. We love the facility and the staff. They have always been helpful and friendly toward us. We are so happy that after a two year hiatus following Harvey that the Seagull is back in operation. This was our first stay in 1005 and it was a superior unit. Everything was first rate and it was very clean. We will be back again next year.

It was great returning to the Seagull Condos in Port A after unfortunate damage from hurricane. Great improvements to lobby. Overall great service EXCEPT for a snobby reception when we first arrived. Was told room would be ready at 3 PM, but told I had to wait till 3 PM when I arrived 5 minutes early.
