Why We Love It

Seagull Condominiums unit 107L is a one bedroom one bath vacation rental located on the ground floor. There is a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or sit out on the private deck and watch the waves. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up your catch from the Port Aransas fishing adventures .Kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener.
This condo has tile flooring throughout. The bedroom has a king size bed and living room has a sofa sleeper.

Very nice 1 bedroom condo

We really liked this unit. You can't beat the location w/easy access to pool, ocean, parking & lobby. It is very nicely decorated and quite comfy. We especially like the 1st floor location so no need to use elevators, etc. Easy to bring your vacay things into unit & out! We will be back. Highly recommend 107.

Overall, condo was nice. We had A/C problems both nights, but maintenance was EXTREMELY responsive. Quickly responded and temporarily corrected at 1:30 am! Less than 5 minutes and A/C cooling again. Following day it went out again, maintenance responded in under 5 minutes and fixed. No further problems. And again to give props to the maintenance folks, day we left, had a flat tire. Thankfully they have a compressor. Which wasn't working. The maintenance gentleman fixed it on the fly, and got us on our was. Bottom line: staff 10 stars, especially maintenance folks. Condo nice.

Love Sea Gull but not so much this unit

107 had a cigarette smell and it permeated all of my clothes, suitcase, etc. so I'm still smelling it :( We love the Sea Gull condos, have come here for years, and will continue to, but not this particular condo..... LOVE the complimentary canopies and chairs!

The condo is well-equipped perfect location for access to the beach, beautiful view. Unit 107L was wonderful. The bathroom towels were so soft! Not typical for a condo stay. Loved the large walk-in shower, and plentiful racks to hang swimsuit, towels, washcloths, clothes from backs of doors, etc. Oftentimes you're searching for that kind of space. Everything in unit was so nice, comfortable, and spacious. And clean. The bed was comfortable, but I really only used my room to sleep since the living room had that incredible view. It was spectacular. The balcony was huge with plenty of seating. I even had room to do yoga out there. I loved that - being on the first floor - the patio led out to the dunes and boardwalk. (I couldn't use it with my beach wagon because of the stairs, but with two people that wouldn't be a problem.) I had to get wifi info from Front Desk, but once I had it I was able to connect the Sony box/tv in living room to access Netflix and Youtube at night. (That was a bonus since I never watch cable anymore). The kitchen was perfect for one person (small), but you had everything you'd need. Nice, clean, new big fridge. Good counter space. Big pantry. Overall, I loved it and I would definitely stay here again - this condo and unit.

107L is a lovely, well-kept suite on the first floor with convenient access to the outdoors. If you require 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and you are visiting Sea Gull Condominiums as a desired on the Gulf vacation destination, it is ideal.

For the past 15 years, I've either stayed at Sandcastle Condos in town or various vacation houses on the island. This was my first solo trip and my first time at Sea Gull and I really loved it. It was nice being further from town, quieter for sure. I felt safe being on my own at condo - even parking at night and walking from lot, etc. The beach was great right in front of the condo, calm and clean. The offered chairs and loungers were a bonus. From my room to being on the beach was a 3 minute walk, which was fantastic! Can't beat the proximity and the access to boardwalk and showers. I missed having a pool beachside, but it was nice, clean, and spacious, and the water felt great. (Heated pools for the win in May!) Unit 107L was wonderful. The bathroom towels were so soft! Not typical for a condo stay, in my experience. I also loved the bathroom products. They smelled great and the bar soap wasn't too harsh. Loved the large walk-in shower, and plentiful racks to hang swimsuit, towels, washcloths, clothes from backs of doors, etc. Oftentimes you're searching for that kind of space. Everything in unit was so nice, comfortable, and spacious. And clean. The bed was comfortable, but I really only used my room to sleep since the living room had that incredible view. The condo was very clean and has easy access to the beach and parking lot. This was our third time this year staying at the Sea Gull and will definitely continue to stay here.
