Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums 1st level 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath unit 110 is a great vacation rental. First floor water view, with quick access from parking lot- no waiting on elevators! There is a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area and master bedroom. Master and second bedroom have king size beds. The third bedroom has two sets of full sized beds. The kitchen has been remodeled and is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen has the following appliances: Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Openers to enjoy out on your private picnic area. Flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. There is a walk in shower in the master bathroom and a new bathtub in the guest bathroom. This Condo sleeps 8. Wireless Internet in condo.

We love staying at the Seagull. It has direct beach access, which few places in Port A do. The pool is nice and the facilities are always clean and well maintained.

Wonderful Stay

This is the first time we've stayed at the Sea Gull condos and we absolutely loved staying in unit 110. The unit was clean, well furnished, and easily big enough for the 8 of us. We loved the location of this unit since no elevator was needed to access. And having access out the back patio to enter the boardwalk to the beach was very convenient. Absolutely loved the beach service with chairs and shade tents set up for each unit. We had a minor problem with one of the tvs which was promptly addressed. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. We will definitely be back again! My only very small suggestion is to replace the knife set in the unit as we had a difficult time finding a sharp knife to prepare meals.

Great experience! Loved the close beach access, location and spacious unit. Front desk and beach folks were super friendly and always helpful. Only downsides were lack of loading/ unloading access and no pantry for food storage. The balcony views were so enjoyable! We will definitely recommend!

This is my third visit here, but the first time with family. Everyone enjoyed our stay!!! The kids loved the pool and the bunk beds! The adults appreciated the tents along the beach. We loved the unit's decor and comfy couches & beds. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes and cooking utensils. Everything was perfect and we look forward to booking another family trip here soon!!!

Our first time visiting Port Aransas and what a lovely visits and staying at Sea Gull made our experiences much better. The weather was not nice but the pool was heated and safe the day! Our unite was big, nice and super clean. The view spectacular from our united. Truly love it and can wait to go again.

Condo is nice and great for families. Great access to the Beach since my grandson is in a wheelchair, the condo was very accessible for him, he is only 6 but it was good and spacious for him to move around. Kitchen was well stocked and the front desk was very helpful with towels and extra trash bags, etc. My grandkids enjoyed the extra "backyard" space, to blow bubbles and just be kids.

Very thankful for the additional precautions taken due to COVID. I felt that our family was still safe even though we were outside our home. We've been coming to Sea Gull for about 8 years. The renovations are clean and welcoming. We love, love, love coming here with our family!

We enjoyed our time at the coast. We fully understood going into weekend that the building was still undergoing repairs/renovation. We liked the location of first-floor unit a lot — beach access was awesome. The gentleman setting up the canopies and chairs was very helpful & friendly. The unit was comfortable, clean and well-lighted. Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds. We were surprised and disappointed in two major areas: 1. The owner did not allow us access to the washer/dryer. With 4 adults and 3 small children, we really needed to launder and dry our clothes. In a unit charging this price, this is a deal-breaker. 2. The freezer did not have an ice-maker for our drinks. Again, at this price-point, it is not unreasonable to expect this amenity. Thank you for following up on our experience. Starla smith
