The master bedroom has a king size bed and private attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two full beds. You can view the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or sit out on the private patio and hear the waves roll in. The kitchen provides you with fully equipped dishes, utensils, and appliances. Great place to stay! Loved that I was able to cook and have ALL the utensils needed! Beach loungers and chair access if a breeze. Pool was a great way to end the day Highly recommend!

Unit 1106 was perfect!

This was the second time I stayed in this unit this summer. Both times, it was perfect! The beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed and was the perfect set up for us to not have to leave the condo except to go to the beach! We will definitely be reserving this same unit again!

This unit was perfect for our families needs! We stay at the Seagull every time we visit at Port Aransas, and it has never let us down! I've already booked a return trip to the same unit in September! I will always recommend the Seagull to any friends or family traveling to Port Aransas! This unit had everything we needed to make our trip very enjoyable!

Took a birthday trip to the beach and stayed at Sea Gull. The condo was a great! Comfy beds and great living room to hang out in. The constant view of the beach and listening to the waves is something I cannot put words to...Just what I needed!

Beautiful unit on top floor, very well decorated! Had a small issue the first night there but the maintenance man was on top of the work and cleared up the issue right away. Great views and easy access to the beach! Will come back again!

The condo was awesome, the view alone made it all worth it. Everything was clean, and the service of everyone was unexpected and excellent. That stretch of the island also seemed to be the least crowded, too. Really enjoyed our experience.

My family & I have been to the Sea Gull every summer for years now. We look forward to returning every year. Staff is always so friendly and willing to help. Kuddos to the Cabana Boys and Girls! We will be returning next summer for a longer stay...Grandkids never want to leave

Excellent Stay

Our stay at Sea Gull was excellent. This was our second year visiting. The unit we stayed in (1106) was very nicely decorated and had nice touch with the game closet and beach toys. The complex as a whole is fantastic. The pool and hot tub are awesome and the grounds and building very well kept.

We have been coming to the Port Aransas area for over 25 years staying in various condominiums. Staying at the Seagull this past winter turned out to be by far our best stay . Everything, from the front desk service to the house keeping was superb. The daily towel , cleaning supplies service came about as an unexpected service. As a winter Texan , you have my full endorsement and I will make this known to anyone i have contact with in 2024.

Stayed for a month. Winter Texan rate was very much appreciated. Hope it continues! We loved the condo and the entire experience. Front desk staff were very responsive to any issue. Maintenance came immediately whenever anything came up. (lightbulb, Internet etc.)The condo was comfortable and very well appointed. shades for that one hour in the morning when sun comes directly into condo were great. Master bathroom walk in shower worked great. one sink in bathroom-we are spoiled we like 2 but no biggie. :-) Kitchen has everything that you need to cook a good meal. Balcony chairs were comfy and enjoyable to see the view. Game closet is a nice touch. Couple puzzles for those rainy days, boogie boards for the kids and chairs for the beach if you need them. Condo provided them also down at the beach. Laundry facility is spotless are the rest of the common areas. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

We had a lovely condo and enjoyed our stay. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise was spectacular. Viewing the sunset from the front porch was awesome. Unit was decorated beautifully and had the basic essentials. Please add a broom & dust pan. Enjoyed two great days in the beach and was glad to see the canopies provided to guests on the beach. The highlight of this trip was the lady singing God Bless America in front of the flag every morning.🇺🇸 Looking forward to our return trip!

We stay at Seagull every year. 1106 was a favorite. Great view from the living room when it's too hot on the balcony. Seagull never disappoints because all rooms above floor 1 have great views of the ocean which is a must for us.

Our condo was very nicely decorated and very comfortable condo with an excellent view of the ocean. We did have an issue with the air conditioner filter which made an alarm go off one evening; however the staff at the front desk was very responsive and an emergency maintenance man showed up and fixed it quickly. One suggestion would be for the bedrooms to have room darkening curtains as the outside porch lights shone through the blinds all night, which made it difficult to sleep and could be a real problem for folks. A couple of easy suggestions tat would be easy to incorporate would be to provide the correct size of coffee filters as they were too tall for the coffee maker (we were able to make it work) and provide small bottles of body wash along with the shampoo etc. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service both in person and on the phone.

Everything during the visit was perfect. The beds were all comfortable. The condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The weather was divine. The view was gorgeous. The shower heads in the bathrooms were rain heads and they were pretty weak, but with patience the hot water would come and wash away the frustration from the wait and then we were back in the perfect vacation.
