Great unit - beautiful view, clean, bright, comfortable

Perfect place for two. Exactly as pictured. Gorgeous view. Beds were VERY comfortable and extras I had not counted on like unit supplies soap, body wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner. Daily towel service comes by in the mornings to see if you need fresh towels or toiletries which was a very nice touch. Also liked the box fans for optional use in each bedroom.
Clean and uncrowded beach even on Labor Day weekend.
Would recommend and would stay again.

This is a “beach house “ theme condo with a high ceiling being on the top 11th floor with the best view. I would only recommend ceiling fans for each bedroom. Laundry is in the unit. The room service is fantastic. The front desk staff, great maintenance people like Joe and Nick, lobby, conference room with kitchen, ground game room/workout, heated pool, hot tub, sunset deck are all incredible. The walkway to the best firm driveable beach at #75 is great. The Sea Gull building and this Condo are terrific. Did I mention two pickleball courts also? You won't be disappointed except for the current construction necessitated by the hurricane insurance. Enjoy!!!

This condo was awesome! Very clean, quiet, and had great view from the balcony. Walk to the beach is not far at all and was not super crowded. The condo was perfect for a family of 4. The front desk was helpful and the kids loved the pool. The landscaping was a nice touch too. Definitely recommend.

There is a row of pixels out on the living room TV--it probably needs to be replaced, but besides that the unit was great! Would also love to see placemats provided to protect the wood dining table and maybe cushions for the chairs (e.g. my mom is 87 and they were a bit hard for her). Loved this unit--the pelicans flew right past the balcony!

This was our first time visiting. We found our condo to be nicely appointed,
with a fabulous view of the beach from the 11th floor. The property is very secluded, which is what we were looking for. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

We loved Seagull Condominium! The view was so beautiful just walking into the unit as soon as you walk in all you see is ocean. The room was very nice had just about every basic need available. We loved the pool and staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend this to friends, family and even strangers! We will be back
From Awful to Great

When we arrived on our first night we had an unfortunate 2 hour delay to enter the condo and we thought what an awful start to a vacation we saved up all year for. This is not our first time here and chose a condo we have had before. The condo was immaculate when ready and we were compensated for the missed time in the condo. We are thankful and Very proud and of the management in making the situation better. Great professionalism especially from the front desk employee LaKesha. Will definitely return. We LOVE the Seagull. We recommend this this awesome condo community with magnificent views of the gulf and bay. Just the best place on Mustang Island!!!

Overall, its a very nice condo with an excellent view. Nice little kitchen and comfy beds. Two pieces that were not wonderful - shower pressure and water temperature control were lacking. Very nice bathroom/shower in the main bedroom, but the lack of pressure plus mostly cold water made it not a great experience. The other piece was the main TV was unuseable. I would suggest an AV upgrade - the tv is too small and too hard to use for such a large room.

This was our first time staying at Seagull. Unfortunately the weather was not the greatest but it helped having a nice comfy place to stay. Enjoyed everything about the condo except one thing. The pans need to be upgraded to non stick. I scrambled eggs and had a time cleaning the pan. That is my only complaint. We would definitely recommend and will return when/if we get a chance.

The front desk staff was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Luggage carts very available for getting all our stuff to condo. This was our 2nd time in same condo, and it was great again. So nice to walk to beach on boardwalk with hoses for rinsing when we came back. Pool was great and still heated to a comfortable temp. All was kept very clean inside and outside. Definitely will return.

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we entered & walked to an evolving sunset to preparing meals to cocktails on the balcony to long walks on the beach. Very comfortable all around. Staff was excellent & friendly. Boardwalk to the beach was great with showers & foot cleaning stations. This unit was decorated & equipped great. Size was good too; not too small & not too big. Would love to stay again. Thanks to owners for sharing.

This is the first time we have stayed at Sea Gull. My husband is super picky about where we stay and he had NO complaints! Everything was great. The kids only complaint was the wifi was shotty in our room. We will be back.

We're so happy that y'all are finally open, it was a tremendous job getting everything taken care of in a professional and timely manner. The new lobby is beautiful and light and airy, good job! The staff was friendly, courteous, professional as always Our room was very comfortable and everything was tastefully done during the rebuild, very nice! We've been staying at Sea Gull for almost twenty years , sometimes two to three times a year, and have stayed in a vast number of the available rooms. Again, we are so happy that y'all are back in the market and we surely will continue to visit y'all every chance we get, usually in May, July and September. One thing I might mention about room 1108 is the storm shutters that act as blinds did not work properly, but I figure things will be addressed as the season progresses. Thanks, see y'all soon!
