First floor water view, with quick and convenient access from parking lot- no waiting on elevators!  You can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico as you eat your favorite meal prepared in the fully remodeled equipped kitchen , has the following appliances, Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener Located off the balcony is a private picnic area. One bedroom has a king size bed the second bedrooms has two full size beds. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and in both bedrooms. There is a walk in shower in the master bathroom and a new bathtub in the guest bathroom. This Condo sleeps 6.
