Why We Love It

Sea Gull unit 201L is a two bedroom, two bath second floor beach front vacation rental. The Master bedroom faces the Gulf, has a king size bed and adjoining private bathroom. The second bedroom features a pirate theme for children as well as board games and two full size beds. There are flat screen TVs and Bose Wave music systems in the living room and both bedrooms. This condo also features Roku Streaming TV and Media players in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up your special catch from any of your Port Aransas fishing adventures. The kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener . Condo also has three private patios, one facing the resort pool and two facing the gulf. Pull up a chair and enjoy the view and listen to the waves. (Condo sleeps 6)

Our family has been staying at the Sea Gull for over 12 years. Never has there. Been a problem. All the condos have been great and accommodating and I can't say enough about the fun kind staff. If you need anything, they are there and only a moment. The housekeepers are accommodating always. Will be back in July 2024.

Everything was wonderful The staff was so friendly and very very quick to help when we had questions/problems. The unit was perfect in every way. Just what we needed. And a beautiful view!! Definitely will be back.

Well-appointed and Comfortable Condo

This unit is at one end of the building, offering a view of the swimming pool from the children's bedroom and a view of the dunes and the Gulf from porches and windows in the master bedroom, dining and living room. The furnishings are lovely and in good repair. The mattress in the master bedroom is firm and quite comfortable. There is any kitchen utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or glass one may need to cook. There are three nice and comfortable leather couches from which to watch television or the ocean. My one suggestion is that there be literature on how to operate the televisions. There are three in the condo, each with three remotes to operate, with no explanation of which does what. it was nearly impossible for us to find anything other than continuous news loops to watch as TV. Near the end of the stay, my husband did find the local ABC affiliate, but he had no idea how he found it and was unable to find any other local stations. The views from the condo are beautiful. The entire complex seemed very clean with well-tended landscaping and clean swimming pools.

We LOVED this Condo! It was truly captivating! Plenty of room for us gals to lounge around. Early mornings & Late nights on the Ocean side balcony was mesmerizing, to be greeted by the Sun & Moon. The internet did not work during our stay, but HEY, it was totally an unplugged vacation! Thank you, for having us, well worth the wait.

The location of this condo on the second floor near the stairs made it very accessible to both the beach and the pool. Great views of both the sunrise and sunset! The condo had everything you needed and was decorated beautifully. I would request this condo again!

This place was gorgeous. You could see and hear the waves from the balconies. We will definitely look to this property next time we visit Port Aransas. The staff was very helpful and polite.

We very much enjoyed our stay in condo 201. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The only fault we could find in the unit is the master bedroom bed. It had a huge depression on one side. The staff at the Sea Gull were all very nice however I feel they should be wearing face masks for both their and the guests safety. Beach staff were very polite also. The views and the overall experience is wonderful.
