Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 310 is a newly remodeled three bedroom, two and a half bath vacation rental that has an ocean view. This unit will provide 3 queen beds, queen aero bed, and new kitchen appliances with an island. The kitchen has the following appliances: Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Toaster Oven, Electric Can Opener, and an ice dispenser in the refrigerator door. The dining table is newly updated and not shown in the pictures. Other amenities include, a Sony CD/DVD player, flat screen TV's in LR and all bedrooms, ceiling fan in living room, walk-in shower in the master bathroom, tub in guest bathroom, tile flooring throughout with internet access. The Master bedroom has a view of the Gulf and both other bedrooms face the Corpus Bay. Condo Sleeps 8 people.

The SeaGull was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted to have a nice place to stay with beach access and that is exactly what we got. The staff was friendly and helpful. We lucked out in that Texas had spring break the week before us so we basically had the beach to ourselves. Port A/Corpus Christi was a wonderful place to visit and we will definitely be back again.

We loved our stay in unit 310 and would be thrilled to stay there again. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, views of the ocean, 3 balconies, easy to walk to from parking lot by stairs. Improvements that would make it better would be a Keurig coffee maker, and a King bed in master. Otherwise, perfect.

Had a great visit. Staff was very professional and attentive to our needs.The boardwalk is the best in the area and staff at the beach were spot on. Unit was clean and the AC kept it cool even with a lot of traffic in and out. View of the beach was spectacular. The pool area was very nice and never crowded. The TV operation is way too complicated. I think we had 5 different controls and just trying to find programing required using 2 units. Might want to upgrade knives in kitchen.

Everything was great in the condo we stayed in. It was clean, spacious, wet bar, ice machine, amazing views, and great service. The pool and hot tub are my favorite amenities. Love Sea Gull condominiums!!!

This condo is top of the line. Quality furnishings and decor. All the cabinet space and kitchen gear you would possibly need. Beach towels, nice bath amenities, so many special touches. We've stayed at Seagull several times and this unit is the best. Our family of seven did a lot of cooking. We were cozy and comfortable all the time.

This was our second stay at the Seagull Condominiums and our first time in unit 310. The unit was beautiful, the weather was gorgeous and the staff was amazing! We were greeted every morning with a welcoming smile by front desk attendees, and Rudy went above and beyond to ensure our evening around the fire pit was everything we needed. We are already looking at booking the same time next year. Kudos all around!
