Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 310L is a newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath vacation rental that has an ocean view, 2 queen beds, a queen aero bed, brand new kitchen appliances with an island. The dining table is newly updated and not shown in the pictures. Kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, ceiling fan in living room, walk-in shower in the master bathroom, tub in guest bathroom, tile flooring throughout with internet access. Accommodation for 6 people. It has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy from the the private balcony.

This condo is very nice. Very clean! I really appreciated the fact that there were rugs on the floor! All appliances worked fine. I would rent this condo again.

Unit 310 is a beautiful end unit that was equipped with everything I needed for an amazing and restful long weekend. The beds were comfortable and the views cannot be topped. The entire facility is beautifully kept and the front desk staff were accommodating and kind.

Beautiful condo with the best balconies, there are 3 and much larger balconies than the other units as this is a 3 bedroom which was rented as a 2 bed room.

Rooms were very comfy and spacious. Staff was very helpful. I look forward to doing it again next year I walk with the aid of a cane, so the shorter boardwalk was very helpful and welcome.

Perfect Place, Perfect Stay

Couldn't have been any better... a perfect condo, way way way above ANY other Air BnB I've ever rented. Perfect view of the beach, VERY close to the water's edge, 310 is a great corner unit with wonderful view. Everything in the Condo was in top order as if it was a brand new build. Didn't want to leave, but definitely will come back and rent this same unit again. The lobby in the building is very nice, friendly staff, if you're lazy there's coffee in the lobby every morning. I know for a fact that the Sea Gull building is an older building, but you would absolutely never know it. From top to bottom, it measures up to a brand new 5 five hotel. If I ABSOLUTELY have to find ONE thing wrong, I would have to think for a while... and it MIGHT be that it was quite the process figuring out the television, with the various remotes, etc. But, with the written instructions we did finally get it going and were able to catch local news & weather, or stream if we so desired. Spectrum Cable and Streaming, so local stations were available as well as 200 channels and endless streaming options. Other than that, it was the perfect weekend and will be back again, putting Sea Gull on the top of our list of Perfect Beachfront destinations.

Felt Right at Home!

What a beautiful and comfortable condo! The furnishings are comfortable and so welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Loved having an end unit. It felt like the owners had thought of everything you would need and they provided it. Only complaint my friend had, was the water didn't flow well out of the faucet in her bathroom. Maintenance did check it, but was not fixed while we were there.

This was our first condo rental. Due to this wonderful experience, we are already discussing doing it again same time next year. This unit was great. It was well stocked with many little amenities in the kitchen. The only disappointment was the lack of hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, but we survived.

Excellent Stay

Our condo exceeded our expectations. It felt bigger than the pictures provided. We had a very nice stay. However, my travel-mates and I joked about how the condo wasn't functional. A couple things that bothered us: no coffee in the rooms - had to bring out own, the water in the bathroom faucets took forever to warm up and did not have must pressure - not easy to wash your face, difficult to cook in - the stove and the oven were not user friendly if you are not use to it. But none of these reasons would stop us from returning. The place was gorgeous, fantastic view, right off the beach, the pool was a perfect temperature, the hot tub is a little small but the other guests were willing to share the space, the couch was SOOOOOO comfy, we joked about taking it with us.

Lovely stay, very refreshing respite from the COVID world

We had a wonderful stay, and fabulous beach weather. We were very happy to have our early check-in request accommodated. The unit we stayed in was lovely, very clean, and had great views. All the staff we came in contact with very friendly and helpful. The only hiccup in our stay was that on the first morning after our arrival-the lawn maintenance man was mowing with his very noisy tractor-starting somewhere between 8 and 8:30 am. We were just on the 3rd floor, so the noise was overwhelming and could not be avoided. We had wanted to "sleep late" but were unable to do so. I realize that it can be very hot at times and that the workers certainly must prefer to get done early-before the heat of the day. Our gardener at our home has instructions from us to never begin before 10 am- a much more civilized hour and so as not to disturb our adjacent neighbors.

absolutely fantastic experience here at unit 310 L! Beautiful kitchen beautiful rooms great view of the ocean! each room has a balcony the rooms and the condo itself are beautifully decorated! If we ever come back we will make sure to stay here!

We have been coming to the Sea Gull every year for almost 25 years. It is always a breath of fresh air and much need time to recharge the soul. This unit (310) was lovely, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Loved all the art and sea motifs. Beds and living room furniture very comfy. The third floor is high enough to see the ocean and beach well yet close enough we could sleep with our bedroom door open and hear the ocean waves. Thank you for a wonderful time, we will be back. :)

Lovely place to relax and recharge

This condo has been beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. It was a comfortable place to rest and relax, especially while enjoying the views from the balconies or the living room. Just a couple of observations: the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, serving pieces, etc., but we were a little surprised and disappointed to find there were NO pantry items--not even salt and pepper or maybe a starter of coffee or tea. If you wanted to cook anything, you'd need to bring or buy all supplies. And while the master bedroom and bath are lovely, the partial glass-brick wall was a little odd--fine to stay in by myself but I wouldn't want to share the room even with my husband given the lack of privacy in the bathroom. But we will definitely be back to the Sea Gull and would consider staying again in this unit for girls' weekend with separate rooms.

Perfect setting. 3 balconies. Full kitchen. Queen size beds in 2 bedrooms Tall chairs on the balcony. Just what I needed!!!
