Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 402 is a beautiful Mustang Island vacation rental. This fourth floor condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a king size bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom. There is a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room. Sit out on your patio to watch and listen to the waves roll in. Sleeper sofa in living room with flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking up your catch from Port Aransas fishing adventures. The kitchen has the following appliances: Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener. This unit also flaunts Tile flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedroom. Sleeps 6.

Always enjoy staying at the ONLY place I stay at Seagull. Condos are beautiful, easy access and wonderful beach views. Having stayed here SEVERAL times, I'm more than sure I will be back. Only wish I could purchase a condo if my own. 😁

All of the staff were excellent! The front desk, managers, maintenance personnel and the housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. I would positively recommend staying long term at SeaGull Condos in Port Aransas! We will definitely visit again.

The room really needs some updating. The couch and chairs were very uncomfortable. House keeping did not clean our room once in the 5 days we were there. We had to get clean towels from the front desk which they did not always have. We ended up having tons of dirty linens because of this. Was told house keeping would not enter a room when it was occupied but not once they even knock on the door to see if our room was occupied. For the price I paid, I do not feel like it was worth it.

The condo was very clean. It definitely could use some updating. Perhaps some nicer, bar height balcony chairs. Also a dining table that has 6 chairs, we had to bring in 2 plastic chairs from the balcony. The refrigerator was a little small. The staff were great! We loved the pool. We are hoping the city can build the beaches back up. It was sad to see the erosion.

While the staff were very helpful, the condo we were in wasn't the best. The air-conditioner wasn't working well. We requested a fan, but when my husband went down to get it, it was riddled with mold. We ended up having to buy a couple of fans in order to sleep fairly comfortably. The beds were uncomfortable and the fitted sheet was too small for the king-sized bed, as it kept shipping off. The showers were claustrophobic, with nowhere to put your toiletries. The condo served its purpose, but definitely was not the respite we were looking forward to.

Rental and check in very easy. Accommodations were nice. I will return. The furniture cushions are in need of replacement in unit 402. They were old, faded and totally non-supportive. I suggest the cleaning staff check the dishes before putting them away. There were two bowls with dried food on them in the cabine I washed all the dishes before using them. This was disappointing. Availability of canopy's and chairs was nice. The lobby is very nice and the short boardwalk to the beach is very convenient.

Our condo was beautiful. My kids really enjoyed it. We had an amazing time. Staff was very nice and professional. Plan to come back really soon!
