Sea Gull Condominiums unit 404 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath fourth-floor vacation rental. Enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or the private balcony. The patio has newly updated patio furniture not shown in pictures. We fully equipped the kitchen for cooking up your catch from the Port Aransas fishing adventures. The kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener. There is a 43" flat-screen TV in the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a 32" flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the couch is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Tiled floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Condo sleeps 6.

The lobby is nice and inviting. Staff members were welcoming, polite and helpful, always felt an eagerness to accommodate. The rooms were clean and the beach view was spectacular , It was a great weekend getaway. Special thanks to Kat!

Our family enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean and in order. The staff were all VERY friendly and helpful with condo related needs, knowledgeable information which made for a stress free vacation Please let the staff know they went above and beyond and were very approachable and friendly. The complex was great- nice pool area, grills for residents to use, playscape for kiddos, boardwalk to beach was so convenient, showers and hoses outside to rinse and clean off, and elevators were quick and easy to use. They set up complimentary tents on the beach- one for each condo unit- so no need to bring a pop-up tent. We didn't use the laundry or exercise areas so can't comment on those. The room was pretty basic- the beds were not the most comfortable but sufficed, the air conditioner was nice and cold, the view from the balcony was great, the kitchen was stocked adequately, the TVs had the cable & Netflix access that made the kids happy. Most of the appliances were pretty basic/low end (coffee maker/fridge/toaster/etc) so don't expect high end touches- but everything worked and was adequate for our needs. We would definitely come back to Sea Gull complex again- we enjoyed our time there.
