Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 502LK is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath fifth floor ocean front vacation rental. Unit 502LK does not rent as a 1 bedroom during the Summer season. This condo has a remodeled kitchen and master bath with walk-in shower. Take in views of the Gulf of Mexico as you prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener. Sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves roar. The bedroom has a king size bed and one queen Intex air-mattress for additional sleeping, a ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Living room has a 40 inch flat screen, Blu-ray disk player, cable TV and DVD player, tile flooring. Condo Sleeps 4.

Our stay was just overall AMAZING!! Everything was just perfect!! From our room to the amazing views of the ocean. The room had everything that we needed, we enjoyed watching the sunrise & sundown from our room just perfect. Loved how housekeeping will come every morning to offer fresh towels & linens. All staff we came across were so nice & humble. We will be definitely be coming back.

My stay at Sea Gull, was so satisfying, I would recommend it to anyone. I just recommended it to my daughter and her family, this unit is the style she loves and also noticed the games and beach items that were in the closet so awesome for a family with children. I would do it again should I ever have the opportunity. The staff were helpful while we moved from another unit to this one!

We loved our chill weekend here. We spent most of our time on the balcony, enjoying the view of the beach, the breeze, and sound of the ocean. I'm glad the outdoor furniture was high enough to see over the railing and have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The unit was tastefully decorated and clean. The common areas of the property were also clean and well-maintained. Only downside was the bedroom was too bright at night and we didn't sleep well. Maybe some blackout shades are needed, or take eye shades.

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful resort! It was spotlessly clean, and we felt very safe, even with the current COVID pandemic. Our condo was tastefully decorated, very comfortable , and a beautiful view of the gulf! The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way! We ca hardly wait to return! Loved this fun little get away! Wish we could have stayed longer! ❤️

The condo was beautiful and clean. We had fun walking on the beach and enjoying the gorgeous views of the sea, sand, and sky! We went horseback riding nearby. Quite the adventure! Overall, a perfect getaway!

The neat and clean condo deserves a 100% grade. Thank you! Avery well done job. The arrival process is a 100% grade. The cabanas at the beach are a 200% Grade! And Maria's work is outstanding! No place at Port A has another person like her. My husband and I returned just in 5 weeks, because of all these reasons. We have already recommended Condo #502- L to our friends in San Antonio.

The condo was comfortable and very clean. I like that it had minimal fabrics like pillows, rugs and curtains. The view is amazing and the kitchen was well stocked for the cooking we did. We will be back.

The condo was comfortably furnished and the fabulous view kept us delighted. We so appreciated how the staff took social distancing and sanitizing procedures seriously. It made us feel comfortable during the pandemic. We requested extra pillows and they were delivered promptly. We loved the beach chairs provided by the Seagull. We will be back.
