Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 509 is a fifth floor fully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath beach front condo located on Mustang Island. It boasts a walk in shower in the Master bathroom and a deep tub/shower in the guest bathroom. Relax on comfortable leather furniture in the living room while watching activity on the beach or enjoy viewing television on the 48" HD swivel screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout as well as a home theatre system with radio and DVD player. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom features both a queen and twin sized bed. This unit has all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen which has the following appliances, Mr. Coffee, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener. The beach is only steps away and Port Aransas with shopping and restaurants is close by. There is an aero bed for extra sleeping space. Condo sleeps 6.

Unit 509 is pure luxury. The decor, furnishings, view and maintenance is unbeatable. We have stayed in Seagull condos several times and Unit 509 is the icing on the cake. Thanks to the owners and Seagull employees for a wonderful get=away to celebrate the New Year. E. G.

Seagull always delivers. Easy check in, elevators always readily available, incredible lobby, very friendly staff, super clean room, great views and easy access to the beach. We'll be back soon!

Amazing Trip

We had the best stay! The unit was so clean and had everything we needed to make all of our meals. We brought our own groceries so we never had to leave. We've stay at a few condos in north and south padre but none included complimentary canopies and 2 chairs, most places we have to pay for that service. So only having to bring two additional of our own was such a space saver. The pool was so clean, staff was so friendly and easy to get any extra towels we needed. Also we needed a pack n play and high chair which not only did they have for us to use (and SUPER clean) but they put in our room so they were already there when we checked in. Loved getting up in the mornings and watching the sunrise. We will absolutely be back and recommend not only seagull condominiums but also unit 509.

Although I tend to prefer top floor units, none were available for the time of this visit, so I chose 509. This was a very nice condo which --like most/all units at the Sea Gull-- had an excellent view. Staff was terrific, courteous, and efficient. Minor point: Unit did not have a corkscrew, but front desk graciously provided one for the duration of my stay. I intend to rent at the Sea Gull again ... at least once this winter/spring, and probably thereafter a few times per year. Thanks for a nice stay!

Our stay at Sea Gull Condos was completely wonderful!! Unit 509 was very comfortable, clean & beautifully decorated. The staff were all extremely nice & helpful. Our ocean view & easy access to the beach was perfect! We will certainly return!! Thank you! M. Adame

Was very impressed. was surprised when umbrellas and chairs were set out for tenants and also having housekeeping come to check if we needed anything. We enjoyed staying there and hope to come again next year sometime. The only thing I think that needs to be done is have some of the holes fixed in the parking and driving area and maybe put a little more light on the sign by the main road. It is hard to see when dark. Liked everything and so did my husband, daughter and granddaughter. Excellent.

Loved staying here again. They now have some canopies set up for shade each day (weather permitting) on the beach. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Awesome Vacation!

Our family has been vacationing in Port Aransas since the 60's and have stayed at many properties over the years. Sea Gull was awesome. The location is close enough to run into town, but far enough out to be more secluded than others, which we like. Great, easy access to the beach. Unit 509 was beautiful, clean, and the view was amazing. The grounds and pool area were beautiful and also extremely well maintained. All of the staff were courteous and very helpful. I would like to mention one in particular, Asher. Asher was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. But what really stood out was his character. He made our 10 year old grandson feel like so special by pointing out what a good young man he was. We need more people like Asher in the world who take time to encourage and support our kids. Thank you Asher. We will definitely stay at Sea Gull again, hopefully very soon!

We had a great time. On thing that would make it more enjoyable would be to have beach chairs available later into the evening and early in the morning. We love coming there but it seems other facilities are starting to offer more amenities for similar rates. Thanks and have a happy summer.

Comfortable furniture

We have stayed in many beach condo's over the last decade-plus, and this was the first unit that had comfortable furnature to sit in. Most have a wicker type coach and chair. It was also great to feel close to the beach. A down side was the wall mirror on one side of the unit.
