Sea Gull Condominiums unit 604L is a sixth floor 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation rental located on Mustang Island. Enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living areas or private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for cooking up your catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures . The kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, and Electric Can Opener. Views of the resort size pool can be seen from both bedrooms. You have the option of renting the 1 bedroom with the king size bed or the bedroom with 2 full-size beds. Ceiling fans are in the bedroom and tile flooring throughout. This condo sleeps 4.

Fabulous location on the beach - great pool and gorgeous apartment with everything you needed there from kitchen facilities to towels and bathroom essentials Was sad to leave and could have stayed for a few more weeks

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The view of the beach was absolutely spectacular and made our stay even more enjoyable.The host provided accurate, detailed information before our arrival, which made check-in and our entire stay smooth and stress-free. The front desk staff was also friendly, informative, and very helpful whenever we had questions.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved our experience and will definitely be coming back!

Perfect stay

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The balcony offered breathtaking views of the ocean and quickly became our favorite spot to relax with a morning coffee. The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very well-maintained, beautifully furnished, had all necessary appliances, and provided plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely book this condo again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!

Very enjoyable stay. Check in was super easy and there was plenty of parking. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The view was amazing and it was very easy to access both the beach and the pool. Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Very nice

This was our second stay at Seagull in 6 months. We had a lovely unit. Being there over the 4th of July was a first for us. The beach crew young people work hard and do a fine job setting up and taking down the canopies. The beach was clean and safe and very family friendly. The staff were courteous,and professional. We'll be back

Being able to open the sliding doors and let in the beach breeze was lovely. The unit does not have a telescope, although it was prominent in the pictures.

We loved the condo. Great views of the beach. Very close to the beach. We loved the fact that when we walked to the beach , that immediately had a canopy placed and chairs. At no extra cost. We've stayed where you had to pay $25.00 a day for that.The staff was very friendly, someone rang our doorbell every morning asked if we needed more towels or supply. Beautiful property very well manicured and had a nice pool area as well. We will stay at Sea Gull again for sure.

Could not ask for a better place to stay. The upkeep around the entire place was great and the staff was very friendly. We have stayed herd 4 times before and each time was great. Will continue to make Sea Gull our place to stay

Overall, our stay at Sea Gull was wonderful. ALL staff was friendly, helpful, kind, and of course very conscientious about Covid precautions. The facilities were spic and span throughout. My husband and I felt very safe and comfortable. Only two issues with the actual condo unit we rented. The main problem was that the shower door did not close completely. The door is glass, and ground into the tile step into the shower stall! Without forcing it, we could not close the door completely. We were afraid it would break with more pressure. On the same line, we found that the second bathroom was open to access (which the front desk told us should not have been the case). We checked THAT shower door, and found the same problem. It was not an emergency, as we could use the shower without water escaping, but still... The other problem was the BRILLIANTLY bright lighting in the kitchen overhead lamps, and the pitifully weak lighting in the living room lamps. No options with either. Why not use 3 way bulbs when you have 3 way lamps?? Oh, and a third issue. The garbage cabinet next to the dishwasher is very difficult to open and close. Otherwise, this was a nice unit.

Our accommodations were wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular! We enjoyed a wonderful few days celebrating our anniversary ❤️ I highly recommend this building and , in particular, 604L.

Another wonderful Stay at The Seagull

The Seagull Condos are doing a great job with Covid 19 protocols. From the cleaning procedures to the mask requirement it's obvious that they are taking it seriously and therefore we felt very safe staying for three nights. We loved the well appointed newly remodeled condo. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam feel. The big balcony is where we spent most of our time when we are there and we were not disappointed with the view. Another convenience is the availability of lounge chairs on the beach. One less thing to pack!
