Sea Gull Condominiums unit 605 is a sixth floor 4 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation rental on Mustang Island. This condo is the perfect place for large family vacations. It has two living rooms, the main one has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from the floor to ceiling windows and plenty of seating for everyone. The master bedroom has an ocean front view and a king size bed with an attached master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each of them. There is also a queen size Aero bed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures.
Kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener.

I booked a birthday weekend for sister in law. The unit had a lot of room and was very clean! The view was incredible and we were so close to the beach. I would stay there again!

Most Professional and Comfortable Property on the Island!

My family and I stayed at this property for a second year in a row. And we are booking for next year now too. As a lifelong visitor to Padre Island, Mustang Island, and Port Aransas; I have stayed at 12 different properties over time. The Sea Gull is by far the best administrated hotel there. It is the same age as most others, but due to proactive management, a terrific maintenance staff, and conscientious ownership, the units stay refreshed and cozy and in working order. Everyone is professional and actually care about your stay.

This was our second year in 605. We have stayed at so many places along the beach but Sea Gull is our favorite. Unity 605 is a great gathering place for families with plenty of room for meals, games and conversation. Lots of seating and great views! Will book again next year. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Love Sea Gull Condominiums, all common areas are immaculate and employees are very personable and accommodating. Unit 605 was amazaning. Nice large table for eight of us to gather around for dining and games. Panoramic window view of gulf is incredible. We have no complaints. We will return.

We were pleasantly surprised at the expansive view of the gulf in this condo--180 degrees! It's large size accommodated our family perfectly. The decor could use a little updating, but the view made up for it. We'd rent it again!

Family Vacation

Wow! Such a nice and roomy place! My whole family enjoyed this condo and want to go back! The floor plan and beachfront view was so enjoyable giving us privacy and special places to gather for fun memory making! The only small issue we had was getting our keys reset, some lamps needed fresh bulbs, and one of the thermostats needed new batteries. We will definitely consider renting this one again. Thank you, Sea Gulf Staff, for such prompt and courteous service!

This unit was large enough to accommodate all 9 of my family. The refrigerator needs replaced. It has no ice maker and barely kept refrigerated food cold. There is ceiling damage in the living room that needed to be repaired. When we first got to the unit, 1 of the 4 1/2 baths had not been cleaned but they called someone back to the unit to clean it. They were very apologetic and prompt. The view is spectacular and probably the best in the complex because the unit is so big. A/C worked perfectly! All in all it was a wonderful trip celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary! We will be back! Thank you Seagull!!

The unit needs some major updating. Not enough cooking supplies at all we didn't even have a baking tray or a large frying pan. Great view and clean but not like the other units I have stayed in at this place.

Best beach vacation ever!

We take beach trips 2-3 times a year and this spot gave us our best beach trip ever! The condo is right on the beach and the views are breathtaking. The condo was comfortable for our family of 5 adults and 5 kids. The staff in the lobby helped us with whatever we needed while we were there. We loved that beach chairs are plentiful (one less thing to carry to the beach!), plus the condo was so close that we could easily go back and forth. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will definitely try to go back to this condo soon!
