Perfect Condo for Retirees

We enjoyed all of the amenities at 609L. The overall property is well maintained, with a clean sparkling pool and the hidden gem- hot tub with waterfall. The boardwalk is so close to the beach and made dragging our day's supplies out to the beach so easy. We are retired and done with lugging stuff. We rented a lightweight Shibumi shade offsite (weekday) and used the convenient condo-provided lounge chairs. That made our packing, unpacking and lugging stuff a breeze. Inside the property, we enjoyed the amazing view of the Gulf with super clean bright floor to ceiling windows. The porch with high lounge chairs gave us an unobstructed view of the gulf--one of the biggest highlights for me! Kitchen is well stocked, living room with large Smart TV was perfect. Bathroom was pristine and bed comfy. Pillows can use an update, but not a big deal. We'll keep this unit on our "must return" list. The owners have done a meticulous job of creating a welcoming, comfortable and stylish vacation destination.

We loved this condo. I was looking for a unit with taller chairs on the balcony so you can see over the railing and the chairs were so comfortable! Perfect for sitting out with a cup of coffee in the AM or glass of wine at night. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

This unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The decor is beautiful and cozy. You just can't beat the balcony with wide windows so you can see the ocean wherever you sit. Love the captains chairs outside. A little glitch regarding the beach chair set up on the beach, but it was solved in a short while. The pool is clean and well kept. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the owner for allowing us to rent as a one bedroom since it's just the two of us. A great getaway!

It was a perfect get away. We had 2 1/2 days of our bliss. The room was perfect!!! I love the Captain chairs. They are perfect for seeing over the railing. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. Look forward to our return.

I admit I was nervous to book at first as I am in 3rd trimester of pregnancy and we have an active toddler, so spending the night anywhere but home is a big deal! However, Betsy at the front desk was absolutely incredible. Not only did she help us make accommodations (pack and play, high chair, bathroom with a tub) for our little guy, but she went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered, showed us how to navigate the bldg/area, but even wanted to make sure we stayed hydrated on the beach. She even loaned us toys to use on the beach! The location of the condo is very good— as it feels like you have your own beach but you are only a few min drive from shopping and food. The condo itself was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. This truly made our “baby-moon” getaway the best possible and most memorable experience I could have imagined! We plan to be back— with more family!

I had the most peaceful, relaxing vacation at Sea Gull Condos. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Beaches were clean, staff put out canopies and chairs daily and always asked if you needed anything. The room was well equipped with everything I needed. And, the view!! The best view ever from my room. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved our view, the people on staff who were friendly and helpful, especially an older thin maintenance worker who yesterday went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. Surprised by the trash, and amount of seaweed on the beach that detracted from the beauty. Of all our many times at Pt. A we were surprised by the lack of clean up...was this a city budget cut back?
