Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 704L is a seventh floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom beach front vacation rental located on Mustang Island. It has views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and private patio. There is a king size bed and 32" TV in the bedroom. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV and a couch that makes out into a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures. Kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener.
Carpet and tile flooring. This Condo sleeps 4.

We stayed in room 704. It has a fantastic view! Very nice condo. Well equipped with many essentials. The staff was very nice and professional. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect

I am a vacation snob. Lol! And when I say that I mean that I expect the place that I rent to be as advertised or better. This did not disappoint. It was clean and safe and the staff was so kind. The sweeping views of the ocean and the ease of the beachfront access was all superb. I would recommend this place over and over and we will definitely be back. We came on our honeymoon and it was PERFECT. Will bring the family next time.

Seagull Condominiums is a great place to stay. It is a ocean front property and all condos are ocean view. The staff are very friendly and informative. Very clean. The unit is spacious enough for 2 people. We really enjoyed our short stay. Definitely returning again.This time for a bit longer. We recommend staying here.

The entire experience was fantastic. The best part was the beautiful views of the beach. We just sat on the porch for hours and listened to the waves crashing while soaking in the sun. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. We had been informed when we booked the place that there would be construction taking place during our stay. However, there was minimal noise and obstruction.

Had a very relaxing stay at Sea Gull. Watching and listening to the waves on the beach. Especially enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Condo was great had everything we needed and very comfortable.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Port Aransas and Seagull Condominiums! Great location on Mustang Beach. Close to Corpus Christi and to Port A. Excellent amenities! We will be back and bringing the family next time!

We enjoyed our stay here very much!! The condo was well stocked with dishes and pans etc. There are no extras such as coffee, sugar etc. The condo was one of the cleanest and quietest we have ever stayed in. The view from the balcony and living room were awesome! The furniture was comfortable and plentiful. The bed was comfy as well. We had ample bathroom supplies. The place could use updating but other than that it was pretty much perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Took Room 704 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We spent two nights and enjoyed every minute. Everything was clean and we just enjoyed looking out at the Gulf and relaxing.

Best view ever!

We loved our vacation. The kids and I spent time hopping between the beautiful beach and the pool. I enjoyed my mornings, reading my Bible and marveling at His creation from the amazing view. We frequent the beach and it was the best view that I have ever had in a condo. My husband had recently been released from the hospital and spent the vacation relaxing in the recliner, taking in the view of the waves crashing. Not only was our particular condo clean and cozy, but our large group all seemed all satisfied with their condos, as well. The staff was great!

We were very happy with our stay in this unit. We did have to bring our own tall patio chairs, but we knew in advance. Our only issue was that the unit is very limited on supplies. Most of the units we have stayed in prior to this have at least kitchen cooking foil and saran wrap. This one has nothing extra. If you need it, bring it.

Enjoyed our stay! Really liked that they installed hand sanitizer in the elevator during this Covid time. Had a problem with the A/C and they called in a tech (after hours) to fix the issue. Would absolutely stay again!

The room was absolutely beautiful and the staff was off the charts friendly and helpful. The pool looked great but we didn't make it to the pool this trip. I definitely recommend Sea Gull to anyone and we will be back next year!

We have stayed here before the hurricane and was very pleasantly surprised how nice the condos was refurbished. I would recommend this to my friends for a place to stay. Also, the people that worked at the condos and in the town of Port Aransas were super nice.
