Took my in-laws to Port A for first time and wanted to try a different condo! Wow! Seagull condos are very-well maintained & managed. Everything has been updated recently. Our specific condo had comfortable furniture that was safe for my toddler. Wind from a front had blown in, so being on the south facing side made it nice to enjoy patio still. Loved the small touches: coffee & lollipops in lobby, beach chairs down on beach, pool towels & sand toys for our use. We had a light out above our tub & they fixed it immediately. We didn't try the pool because they'd turned the heater off due to wind & it was a bit cool. They don't have a shallow area of pool for my little one, but they do have a great playscape. We will be back to 806!

A last minute trip to the coast landed us at Sea Gull Condos, and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. Beautiful view, spotless condo, every amenity we needed... and it was tastefully decorated in a bright beach theme! The front desk staff (especially Raphaela) were always ready to help if we had a question. We also loved the clean Beach below and the chairs and loungers made available.Perfect!! We can't say enough great things about The Seagull and their amazing staff! Room 806 was absolutely perfect — it had everything we needed and more. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated/maintained, and the view was breathtaking. Our family had such a peaceful and relaxing vacation. One of the highlights was how quiet and uncrowded the beach was — it truly felt like our own private paradise. We're already planning to make this our go-to spot for future getaways!

806 was a wonderful unit, up to date and clean. Accommodations were excellent, wonderful view from the balcony. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive to requests. Would definitely recommend Sea Gull. Facility does need some upkeep which is being done so some minor noise but no inconvenience.

Our third stay here and we can't wait to book again! The view from our room was spectacular, it can never be beat. We were extremely bummed about being charged for a canopy this year however the weather didn't permit for the staff to set out the normally included; luckily the owner of our room had one in the closet and the staff happily drilled the legs into the sand for us so for that I still give all five stars. Our kids are ages 7,4 and 9 months and we absolutely adore the Sea Gull for the memories we've made each stay!

Stay here at least once a year & always immediately relax upon entering the condo. Our rental is always clean, cool & inviting. The amenities make you feel right at home. We use the pool & hot tub almost daily. Morning coffee in the lobby is MUCH appreciated. Friendly housekeeping stops by every morning to check in on any needs to enjoy your stay.
Heading out to the beach: they provide Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, outdoor rinse stations & mesh bags to help keep the beach clean 🐠🐡🦈
On this stay, they were hard at work on renovations to the building so noise during the day was a minor disruption but tolerable. Happy to see them keeping the building looking good & functioning smoothly. Hoping the pool gets the next facelift for next year 😁

We loved it, it was a mini family reunion for four of us. The other two people weren't able to join us, and said they will surely be there next time we would like to book for the same time next year except for Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. the views are beautiful from the balcony,

We enjoyed our stay here with our three young boys. It was very convenient being so close to the beach and having the canopy & chairs provided. The furnishings were cute as well but could be more comfortable.
Additional amenities would be nice. On site or close food options as well as basic things in the room like coffee, additional towels, and more than one back up trash bag for our 4 day stay. We would stay here again with some of these things updated. Overall we had a great trip! Thanks for the memories we made as a family here.

In today’s world, we all seem to be taking notes to write a review at the end of a meal, Wednesday, or a shopping experience. All the while we were here, all of us kept saying, I love everything about this place! Or there’s not a single thing I would complain about. Or I wouldn’t change a thing. Decorations in this unit really suited as well. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in the place was spotless. We all four really loved the high chairs on the balcony, no problem seeing over the railing and they were all very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we’re already thinking about the next time we can come back.

Wonder view and updated kitchen and showers. The trash protocol could use some more thought as the lower floor trash hallway is also the breezeway to the pool and many are barefoot. Other than that lovely staff, very warm and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back.

Condo #806 was immaculate. Really enjoyed the complimentary beach canopy setup by the staff. Sure is nice not to haul a bunch of stuff to the beach when it's already there for your use. All the front desk staff that we talked to were very professional, cordial and were there to take care your needs. We intend to come back.
