Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 808 is an eighth floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom completely remodeled and contemporary vacation rental located on Mustang Island. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private attached bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The fully equipped open and newly remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with an open floor plan. It is perfect for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures.. There are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room offers a queen sofa sleeper. Tile flooring throughout the condo. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or sit out on the patio and listen to the waves roll in. This Condo sleeps 6.

More Memories Made at Seagull Inn!

We love staying at Seagull Inn! Several years ago we decided to give it a try from staying in town. We love being a little further out where it's not as busy, quieter, and so dark at night! You can see so many stars in the night time sky! We especially love Unit 808! Beautifully decorated and just the right height for views of the beach and ocean. We spend hours on the balcony watching the sunrise, waves, and drinking coffee. Whether it's just my husband and I or our grandkids staying with us, it's the perfect place to stay. Love going back each year and remembering the memories we have made and making new ones. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Very prompt if there is an issue. Really looking forward to our visit next year to see all the renovations completed!

2nd time at this location, 1st in this unit. Well run place. Good beach access for location. A Keurig coffee maker would be nice. We would bring our own if we knew there wasn't one.

Great Stay

This condo was great for our stay. It is modern, updated and clean! We like to cook our own meals versus eating out and the kitchen has everything you need to do so. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we loved the "high" vs "low" sturdy chairs they provide on the balcony. The bathrooms are modern and updated, one with a large shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. Plenty of towels were provided and as well, the employees come by each morning asking if we needed anything (towels, etc.) Check-in at Seagull is so quick and efficient. They do send confirmation emails in advance, asking for signatures/initials on the rental agreement. As long as you do that, you check-in (as stated above) is so quick and easy. We will definitely be back!

We were pleased that the Winter Texan Seagull program is once again being supported. The donut mornings and pizza dinner as well as allowing the Winter Texans having the use of the conference room was much appreciated, We feel this social aspect of Seagull is what makes it very special. Also we love the heated pool !!! Daily towel/supply rounds is also appreciated. The front desk employees did a great job this year, especially Raphaella - she goes out of her way to make everyone feel at home. PS. It would be nice if all condos were required to have smart TV's .

Sea Gull Condos are amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed in 808. The beach view was expansive with a short walk on their walkway. This unit was very clean and updated. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. We took our 8 year old grandson and he had a blast! Definitely will rent this condo again.

Amazing time in Port A

This was our first time in Port Aransas. The Sea Gull was an awesome “base camp” for all of our adventures. The condo is beautifully appointed with lots of space to spread out yet still feel connected. We highly recommend the Sea Gull Condominiums. It was such a lovely trip for this Mom and her two adult daughters for some quality time together.

This place is amazing! We stayed in room 808 and it was absolutely beautiful!!!!! The view is breathtaking! My wife needed this weekend more than ever and she enjoyed it very much. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with anything and everything. We have no complaints.

The view was beautiful, and the beach access was very convenient. The condo was clean and updated, however; it is advertised for 6 people. The couch bed is designated to sleep up to two people. I challenge the owner to lay on this bed for 5 minutes with another person. It's uneven and the bars press through the thin mattress. This condo would be great for 4 people, or maybe 5 if the couch bed is updated to provide more comfort.

Although we came after the freeze and things were still getting up and running, our condo and stay were very nice. Beautiful room, wonderful view, when it wasn't foggy, and it had everything needed in the kitchen. The employees were great especially Callie. They always had good recommendations and if you needed anything it was always very timely. Highly recommend these condos!!

We have been coming to Port A for over 30 years. Sea Gull- Unit 808 was very clean, updated and modern, beautifully decorated and had the most comfortable bed!! The view is always spectacular from any Sea Gull Unit. The Front Desk personnel were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The building property overall appears to be well maintained. Sea Gull- Unit 808 has become our new favorite for return visits. Many thanks to the owners who put so much thought into their home.

Very, very impressed!!! The website was easy to navigate, and make the reservation. I enjoyed the option to view the units to find the 'perfect one', and reserve. I called your front desk to ask a couple of questions and "Callie" (not sure if I have spelled her name correctly) not only was pleasant and professional, but went above and beyond. The Unit was absolutely beautiful and your housekeeping staff had the condo looking so inviting! The front desk staff were also pleasant, professional and helpful. All your staff that we came in contact with exhibited a warm and welcoming spirit of which is always appreciated. Staying at your property exceeded our expectations and added to our memories. Condo was very clean, roomy, well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, beautiful view, we didn’t hear our neighbors or upstairs occupants during our stay, check in was a breeze since we had completed everything online before arriving. We did utilize guest laundry and luggage carts, very convenient and helpful. Canopy and beach chairs were available on first come first serve basis at end of boardwalk to beach. This helped us have extra shade during beach relaxing. Hanging out on our balcony was just as enjoyable. Only complaints I could think of: we wanted to rent a movie on the cable tv and needed a pin, which the front desk person had no clue how or what to do to make our transaction work, there was also no information in condo about it. Also one of the bedrooms was considerably warmer than the rest of the condo, so it was difficult to balance out the best temperature at bedtime for everyone.

Our stay at The Sea Gull in this beautiful unit hit the sweet spot and was perfect for our family of 4. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable.There are thoughtful touches that made our stay easier, such as a well equipped kitchen, desk space for those of us that had to do some remote work, leaving the hall closet empty with lots of shelves for storing our gear and plenty of hangers for our clothing in the closets. We have stayed at the Sea Gull many times as well as other places in the Port A area and this definitely one of our favorites.
