Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 905 is a ninth floor 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation rental on the beach in Port Aransas. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom, living room, or private patios. You can catch views of the resort size pool or the Corpus Christi Bay from the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, a private patio, and an attached private remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The large fully equipped open and remodeled kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and is perfect for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures. The kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, and Electric Can Opener. Tile flooring throughout. This Condo sleeps 8.

Happy place and brings joy. Did not want to leave. Beautiful view of the Gulf and beach. Balcony looking out on the waves and perfect for watching sunrise and a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. The decor is great and furniture is comfortable. Huge tv to watch a movie. Master bedroom is nice size with comfortable king size bed. View of the gulf from your bed and sliding door to balcony also. Nice shower with cabinets full of storage. Kitchen is amazing with everything you need to cook. Open concept to view the gulf. Nice hot tub next to heated pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ramp out the lobby to the beach and gulf. Love it.

Best Beach Stay Ever!

Friendly and accommodating staff from the minute you walk in the door and even as you leave. The condo was perfect for the 8 of us. Seating and space was adequate. #905 is our favorite condo. The updates to the lobby and outside areas are over the top. The views of the ocean are always great at Seagull but floor 9 is the best! No complaints from us! We will be back as soon as we can.

This place was amazing! Plenty of room for the whole family. Access right off of the elevator. Stunning center row view of the beach. Not sure it gets better than this. The furniture and decorations make you feel like you are at home but without a doubt on a beach vacation.

The pool was spotless and very clean. Our girls loved the hot tub. We also appreciated the canopies placed out on the beach and chairs for us to use. The condo was very clean.

Well for our first vacation in three years, we were more than pleased with the Seagull. Being realistic, there is no way to keep everyone away from each other or keep everything as clean as the CDC wants but the people at the Seagull made us feel safe and happy to be there. Housekeeping was great at supplying us with fresh towels and supplies.

The unit we stayed in was very nice. There is little to no lighting in the kitchen but we made it work. If anything it would have been nice to have enough trash bags, clean dish towels, dishwasher pods etc without having to come downstairs to ask for everything. Usually those things are replenished daily by the staff. We had no coffee filters at all but someone nicely brought them up so that was good. Overall we LOVE spending our vacations there and everyone is pleasant and helpful. We will continue to come back for as long as we are able!

We did indeed enjoy our stay at the condos. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevators were fast, the common areas clean and there were several nice amenities that we took advantage of: bags of ice for sale at the front desk; pool and ping pong tables; plenty of trolleys for moving things in and out of the unit; the pop-up tents and beach chairs. A couple of negatives that I highly suspect are the result of extreme weather and/or Covid related shortages: absence of dish soap in the condo; we couldn't find additional trash bags initially; 2-3 huge pot holes in the driveways that were hard to miss. And, our balcony door was really, really hard to open, but I suspect the moisture blocking benefits of this are long term and not immediately cognizable. All in all, it was very nice and I highly recommend it.

I love the condos. This is one of our favorite places to stay. I miss house keeping checking in on us. Daily I went to the desk lobby to request trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and paper towels. Also the health concerns were maybe a little sensationalized. CDC states masks are not necessary if you have had a vaccination. Furthermore, as opposed to cloth masks, only a KN95 make will have some viral stopping ability. A lot of this publicized virus thinking lacks deductive reasoning. Anyhow we wore our masks to be gracious. Thank you for the great opportunity to stay with you folks.

Beds a little firm for me,ceiling needs repaired and sliding doors require some effort to open. What an amazing view of the ocean, we had 2 binoculars for viewing ships and offshore rigs but not necessary to enjoy the view. Didn't feel the need to constantly be in the sand being so close to it already on the balcony. It got a little noisy upstairs Saturday night making it hard to get a good night's sleep but overall we pleased with the stay. Amazing kitchen and master shower.

The condo was great; the service was great. The front desk is so friendly and helpful. The only problem is out of your control - the owners in 1005 had a dog that barked all the time. I realize owners get to have a pet, but it's not fun to stay below them ;)

Unit 905 was the perfect place for our ladies' weekend away! The 3 bedrooms gave us plenty of space and the kitchen is so big we were never in each other's way. The view is the best I've seen on the island by far! The master shower is so beautiful, and the kitchen is updated so nicely. We felt spoiled. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and the hot tub was lovely. I loved everything about Seagull condos. We will be back!!
