Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 210 is a second floor 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation rental located on Mustang Island. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, attached bathroom and a private balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a day bed. Both 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a private balcony that faces the Corpus Christi Bay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up any of your catches from the Port Aransas fishing adventures. The kitchen has the following appliances: Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, and an ice dispenser in the refrigerator door. The living room has a flat screen TV and a Sony CD/DVD player. Sit out on the living room patio and listen to the waves roll in on the beach. There is a rollaway bed for extra sleeping space. Carpet throughout. This Condo sleeps 8.

Last Vacation of the Summer

Sea Gull Condos is our go to place. We spent a few days the week before school started. The condo is spacious with all the comforts needed. The views of the beach are amazing. The kids loved the pool. The private beach is accessible. Dad enjoyed the workout room. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

Beautiful rooms…great for our large group! Sea Gull makes vacation easy with chairs and loungers available for use on the beach. Ice available for purchase was very helpful too. The only items we were short on in the room were trash bags and coffee filters but the front desk was happy to provide those to us. We love staying at the Sea Gull!

We had a wonderful time at the Sea Gull. 210 was perfect for our needs and very nicely set up. We found the unit clean and your staff is friendly and helpful. We have already booked our stay for next year!!!

Leasing a condo was a step outside the box for me. I read as many reviews as possible. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were beyond my expectations. The kitchen had appliances, adequate cookware, dishes, etc. We had plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. Fridge and range were clean. Our view was beautiful and the facility was clean, including the grounds and the beach. One of the bedrooms facing front was extremely warm but there was a fan in the room. The king size room facing front was a bit lumpy but this was coming from an 18 year old that can sleep anywhere so I'm not sure. :) The master king bed was excellent and I slept very well, and I have major back issues. Staff were very courteous each time I called, when we checked in and when we checked out. We headed out in front of Hurricane Nicholas and they checked the ferry for me. I am confident that I will return.

All in all the Sea Gull Condos was just like it should be. The master bed was very comfortable but the twin beds and the Queen were not. We had issues with the other bedroom televisions were hard to figure out( could've been the operator). The rooms are always clean and very well kept. The staff is top notch especially the folks who put out the cabanas and chairs. Shout out to Katie, Nathan and Shawn. The beach for our condos was maintained well. All very helpful and accommodating. We have stayed before and will stay again.

The condo has been nicely updated but the master shower head was leaking. Maintenece was able to fix but that was a little problem. There is a railing on porch that is broken so that was scary with kids.

Everything was wonderful! My only suggestion is that there would be a simple “users Manuel” in the unit. Stating simply how to use the appliances, location of router for WiFi stuff like that. We eventually figured it out, of course. But would save calls to front desk! A special shout out to Rudy, the maintenance man, who was a great help to 5 Senior Women! Thank you Rudy!!! A great visit, and we will be back.

Hello. My family and I enjoyed our visit but had some unusual issues that I have already reported in person at the front desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room and resort was very clean and calming. However the issues we had are with the unit itself. My daughter and two young children stayed in the twin bed room. Closing the door at night caused the room to turn into an oven. There was no circulation. I called twice on this. None of the baths had towel rods or hooks. So it forced me to gather wet towels daily and either drape them in furniture, or ask for new towels daily. Since there was no maid service, it was not always easy to get the towels. Twice we had them delivered. The master bed was lovely. The two other rooms had very uncomfortable, lumpy bouncy mattresses. I tried them out, and they were! Friday night my grandson 6, and I went to the pool after dark. We left early, and there was a large group of adults partying with wine bottles. But my teenager granddaughter and her mother went after we returned, and she said they were loud and drunk. They were also smoking pot. I suggest some kind of security walk through a in the evenings? Twice our door popped open without reason. There must be a doorframe or lock issue. It was a beautiful unit and we liked Sea gull very much. But the towel issues,, hot room, and lumpy beds dampened our spirits. This is an upscale condo, and I am very surprised at these issues. Beverly Harrison

Everything was wonderful - except there are no baking sheet pans or muffin pans in the kitchen. Luckily, we had brought our own pans for this. The staff at the desk and housekeeping were all very friendly and efficient. We appreciated their good work! Thanks to all of the staff! The room was clean, pretty, and comfortable. It was also spacious. However, I never did manage to work the television in the master bedroom - I have no technology skills and it was complicated! Thanks to everyone. We will make a return visit! 1
