Why We Love It

Enter on Sea Gull Condo 407’s travertine stone floors to see a jaw-dropping view of the Gulf of Mexico and “bird’s eye” view of the pelican line. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental has a remodeled, fully-equipped kitchen of stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. It opens to the living room with a bar of 4 bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen has a Mr. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, and electric can opener. The dining room table seats 6 guests comfortably. The living area has a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, a lap-top computer desk area, and fold-out love-seat sofa for a double bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a fold-out twin-bed ottoman and flat-screen TV. Its private bathroom has walk-in shower, extra closet, and seated vanity area with a lighted make-up mirror. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, flat screen TV, and extra closet. The second bathroom has a shower, bath tub, and another extra closet. Condo sleeps 6. We had an excellent vacation in this beautiful condo. It was stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The rooms were very clean, and all appliances worked. We were very happy!

Best place to stay on the beach!

This is the 2nd time to stay at the Sea Gull for a friends-cation! The property is very well maintained. The beach view is exceptional. Our condo was extremely stocked and we needed nothing extra! The room service personnel checked on us daily. The front staff was more than helpful many times. We plan to keep coming back each summer!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the Sea Gull for a friendcation!! We always have the best time! The maintenance is excellent! The condo was excellent! The service was excellent! Our condo had everything we needed - it was well stocked! We will be back next summer!

Birthday Mini Vacay!

This unit was great! Unit 407 is super clean, comfy and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view of the ocean was spectacular! Despite there being ongoing construction for renovations we were NOT at all bothered by any noise or workers. Grounds are very well kept including the pool and sitting area. We were very happy with our stay and we WILL DEFINITELY be coming back soon!!

Great place to getaway without a crowd!

The condo and amenitites were very nice and the staff was friendly and customer focused! Great beach access as well as pool and hottub if you prefer. We went into Corpus Christi proper for dinner each night which was about a 30 minute drive as was WalMart for groceries or last minute items. One fun feature (new to us) was that we were able to buy a beach driving pass for $12 (at most gas stations). We definitely enjoyed the Island and the condo and would return!

We loved this place. Beautiful view on the private balcony. Sitting on balcony watching and listening to waves roll in was so relaxing! The rooms were beautiful and well stocked. We will definitely be back.

Seagull is the best

Condo was very clean and well supplied. The pool area was great. The Beach Canopies were very nice as well. All of the staff at Seagull were professional and polite. I would recommend Seagull to my friends and family. We had a great time and we're looking forward to our next visit.

Great space. A few things Need a spatula and a good hand held can opener. I bought a red one to use there and left it on purpose. The light at night coming from breezeway was very bright in bedrooms. Shutters in bedrooms would be very helpful or curtains. I bought and left on purpose some more left over containers. We loved this condo so much we reserved it again for next summer. My complements to the owners

The balcony view to ocean is unmatched, convenient access to beach where the wonders staff sets up cabanas for you, quiet star filled sky, and top notch service from front desk to Oceanside! We have been to Port A for 15 years and this place exceeds anything else we have experienced by FAR. Great place for family looking for more laid back quiet time away from hustle of strip area-also amazing AC, hot shower, and views that parallel the Caribbean. We will stay here every time from here forward. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Trey came in the second night to clean left over oil from the previous renters that we had not noticed and was very courteous and polite. All staff were friendly and polite. The complex was very clean and taken care of very well. It was a very enjoyable stay!

The place is easy to find, looks out onto the beach, easy access with the boardwalk, which is easy to walk on. The rooms were clean, our condo (407) was well stocked. The front desk folks were all VERY friendly, and helpful, supplies were given readily when asked. Bedrooms were a nice size, beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. The pool is heated!!

We love coming to the Sea Gull. All rooms have a view of the ocean and it's a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. Condo 407 is over favorite. My Grandparents' owned it for 16 year went it was first built. Condo is nicely updated.

Great condo! Beautifully decorated and wonderful view. Whole property very nice! One suggestion, extra dishwashing tablets, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper would have been helpful. Housekeeping was happy to supply additional, but due to COVID-19, we had to find them to ask for these items. Otherwise, perfect stay! Highly recommend!
