Why We Love It

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 504 is a fifth floor remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath beach front vacation rental. There are flat screen tv's in the living room and master bedroom. A king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. The newly opened kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, granite counter top and is open to allow views of the Gulf of Mexico while you prepare your favorite meals, the kitchen has the following appliances, Black Decker Drip, Keurig Pod coffee maker, Mr. Coffee, Blender, Toaster, and Electric Can Opener. The new patio doors open all the way from one side to the other. It has a walk-in showers in both bathrooms and tile flooring throughout. Enjoy views from the private patio as you listen to the sounds from the ocean. A sleeper sofa is available for extra sleeping space. Condo Sleeps 6.

This is actually the second time to stay in unit 504. The water was not hot but we called the front desk. In about 10 minutes they were there! The temperature just needed to be turned up. The door knob on the hallway bathroom door needs to be tightened. We enjoyed this condo.

Had a fantastic stay in 504! Nicely appointed and well maintained! The beach was beautiful, and everyone was welcoming and awesome. It was a nice touch to have a list of restaurants in the area, and we tried several on the list. That was super helpful! Thank you to Denise for putting that together!!

Beautifully remodeled condo

Besides the fabulous view of the water from the deck, the condo was tastefully and interestingly remodeled some years ago but is still very much in style. Furniture and beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our 4-day stay.

Had a wonderful time. This was our twelfth visit. I like to sit and stare out at the gulf. It's so soothing and relaxing.

We love staying at seagull condos. The view is spectacular, the staff is friendly, the walk down to the beach is short, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The housekeeper comes by daily to check if there is anything you need. We have stayed at other condos over the years, but seagull is the best.

We had a great time. The condo was very nice. Front desk and staff were attentive. Got to condo late evening. After unpacking, we found ice-maker in fridge not working and master bath sink not draining well. Next morning we went out, but told desk about issues. When we got back, drain was fixed and although ice-maker couldn't be fixed, they provided us with bags of ice throughout out stay. Will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly. The condo was very clean. Barbara does a great job maintaining the grounds. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. My only complaint was that the pool was not heated as it said on the website. We have stayed here three times now and would highly recommend these condos.

We were very pleased with everything. No problems at all except we couldn't get the t.v. to load. When we called, someone was there in minutes to fix it. It was very quiet there and very enjoyable. Everything was super clean. We will be back on our next visit to Port A.

We loved the entire set up! We could look out our door to the pool and step into the condo and have breath taking views of the ocean. It was so convenient that a quick elevator ride and we were steps away from the ocean one direction and the pool the other. With the sand close by I was amazed how clean the place stays. Excited to visit again.

A lovely stay

This is a beautiful unit, and the only wish we had was that the track lights in the kitchen would dim. Every team member at Sea Gull was wonderfully professional and friendly. Callie at the front desk was especially outstanding, and Glenn in Maintenance was so sweet to quickly take care of my request for a chair in the laundry room while I waited for my clothes to dry. We're looking forward to a return visit.

We were impressed with the comfort of the condo.The kitchen was especially well appointed, linens were fresh and plentiful and furnishings were comfortable. The beautiful mosaic work along the backsplash and throughout this condo made our stay even more special! Relaxing views,lush landscaping and such friendly, courteous staff! Loved every minute we were there--can't wait to go back!

Another GREAT stay at the Sea Gull in unit 504. So glad to see the Sea Gull completing repairs from the hurricane damage. Our family looks forward to returning on Thanksgiving which we have been celebrating at the Sea Gull for over 12 years.

The condo was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and service was excellent. We really enjoyed the view from the condo & balcony and proximity to the beach was so convenient. We are anxious to return now that the lobby has been refurbished and would highly recommend Unit 504.

Was disappointed when we stayed still under construction which is to be expected but our front door had 1/2 gaps on both sides they were putting in a new door. Would have liked that to be finished. We had to stuff it with paper because you could see in the unit. Did not give us a discount for dealing with everything going on. No tent or chairs , front desk was below. Other wise second time in this unit and loved it.
