Sea Gull Condominiums Unit 804 on Mustang Island is an 8th floor beach front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental featuring a Gulf of Mexico view from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The totally remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a full sized pantry for storage of all groceries. The kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, and Electric Can Opener. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 full sized beds and adjacent bathroom has a newly renovated tub/shower and granite top sink. Condo has all new tile, carpet in bedrooms and bedding. 3 flat screen TVs - 50" smart, 47" and 32" all with cable and DVD's. Free high speed wireless throughout condo. Desk in living room for laptop. Blue cabinet in living room has games. Condo has 3 ceiling fans, plantation shutters, and sunshades. 2 tall and 2 regular pipe chairs and tables on private patio for relaxing and overlooking the beach. Condo sleeps 6.

My family has been coming to Seagull Condominiums for over 20 years and it hasn't disappointed. The staff is amazing! We just stayed this past week and of course had an amazing time with family. Spent time at the beach, in the pool and out shopping and dinner a couple of nights. We will continue to be back again and again!

Everything you could want!

Fantastic unit with every amenity. Complete kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable tv, games , puzzles and the most beautiful view of the gulf right from our balcony! The beds were comfy. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and the water was hot. Key card entry was very convenient. Minor construction noise didn't ruin our stay! We'll be back.

Loved the view!

Stayed in room 804. The decorations and furniture were so welcoming and comfortable! The Lazy-boy chair and couches were so comfortable we fell asleep in them. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. We rented a canopy for two days(use the coupon sent to your email) and it was nice we didn't have to set anything up. The beach lounger is tough to stay on bc it's hard plastic…maybe bring your own. Saw some jelly fish and they didn't bother us. Had two teen boys with me that played ping pong and pool in the game room down stairs. It's a quiet place to stay and very relaxing. There is tar at the beach so be aware your feet, shoes, and clothes can get this on them. The sea gull has wipes to get it off as you come in but run out quickly as the day goes on. Love this and we will be back

Wonderful Stay, as always at Sea Gull

We have never had anything but the best experience at Sea Gull. Room 804 was great! Very clean, smelled fresh, good water pressure, A/C cold, and the view was amazing. Just a heads up to others, the King size bed in the master was very firm, so if you prefer a softer bed and you stay in this room you may want to bring your own padding for the bed. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the view was breathtaking. I'm glad to see some updates happening and hope they continue. Especially railings outside the condos. We hope we can make it back another time. I will highly recommend to others.

The condo we stayed in was wonderful, perfect for our stay. Laundry facilities were great and enjoyed playing ping pong while wait for our clothes to get done. We understood about the upgrade construction that was being done and it didn’t bother us one bit. Only thing we were disappointed about was that the pool and spa were not available to use, which we had planning to use. We were disappointed. Would consider coming back but only if the pool and spa were useable.

This is our second time to stay in Sea Gull Condominiums. We are very please with the amenities and services provided. Booking, payment, and checking out went very smoothly and mainly on line. Management is doing a good job keeping the place clean, beautiful, and maintained. The unit that we stayed in was modern, clean, and comfortable. Having the Tennis courts onsite is a plus for me.

Clean and spacious unit with a stunning view of the ocean. Great pool and hot tub and a quick walk to the beach. Condo had plenty of towels, dishes, everything we might need and front desk was polite and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Unit 804 is beautifully designed. We love the color blues mixed in with the blacks. It is a beautiful Unit. We loved our stay. We love to sit outside anytime of the day! Love to hear the beautiful waves. It was a very relaxing time for us. We are retired, and we feel relaxed most of the time, but the beach always relaxes us even more. Thank you for practicing social distancing, the wearing of masks, and all the cautions taken, while we all move through the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you for your fine staff. Thank you for it all.
