**Two (2) Night Min. Stay Required / Three (3) Nights Min. Required on all Holidays**
Deposits: Must be paid by credit card.
Daily rents: A deposit of the first night's stay plus tax is due in our office within seven (7) days of making your reservation or reservations will be cancelled without notice.
Monthly rentals: Require a deposit of $300.00 also due within seven (7) days of making reservations. The remaining balance for the first 30 days will be due 30 days in advance of arrival.
Cancellations: Daily rentals must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. Monthly reservations must be cancelled at least thirty (30) days in advance for refund of deposit. Monthly cancellations within thirty (30) days will be subject to 50% penalty. There is a non-refundable $20.00 booking fee for each reservation.
**Summer Guests: Beach chairs and canopies (seasonal) will be provided daily on a first come first serve basis.
No BBQ pits allowed on balconies.
No pets are allowed in the rental units.
